Phase 1 is Nature
Profiling is the process of extrapolating information about a person based on innate and developed personal assets such as abilities, interests, strengths, talents, drivers, motivators, skills, experiences, knowledge, and traits.
These 'assets' are identified using testing, handwriting, and interview assessments to determine any one of the following: one's career passion, career interests, career matches, career lists, ideal career, and 'best fit' career all in the pursuit of career happiness.
